Shipping Policy
Please allow 5-7 BUSINESS days for the arrival of your order. Holidays don't count. We ship orders Monday-Friday via The United States Postal Service. You will receive your tracking number once your order has shipped by email. We aren't responsible for any USPS delays or stolen packages. Please place your orders in advance if you are needing your order by a specific date.
Return Policy
Due to health regulations we are currently not accepting any exchanges or issuing any refunds at this time. We are inspecting all hair orders for quality and accuracy at this time before shipping. Please make sure that you order is correct once you receive it before unbundling your hair. Of course if we make a mistake we will gladly take care of it.
